SAN chastises President Buhari over comment on rule of law





Ntufam Mba Ekpezu Ukweni, Senior Advocate of Nigeria has chastised President Mohammadu Buhari over his remark on the run of law and national security.

Talking with DAILY POST on telephone in Calabar, Ukweni said that such remark shouldn't have originated from some individual who was a recipient of the control of law.

"Tragically that President of Nigeria could state that control of law should give path for National security. It is humiliating that our President working under the control of law and in a law based setting could state a wonder such as this," he lamented.

He clarified that, "The courts are working, the governing bodies are set up, the officials are set up and individuals are approaching their typical obligations, law implementation offices are set up working, at that point the President said that manage of law should give route for national security, I don't realize what he needs the control of law to offer approach to," he expressed.

"Since if the control of law is to give way, he himself would not be there at the principal occurrence. That is the thing that he should know, that the military mindset should give way, it is that military attitude that needs to give way since Nigeria is working a sacred majority rule government.

"Administer of law influences things to work legitimately including the economy. It is unbelievable for President of a nation like Nigeria himself's identity the recipient of the administer of law to turn out and say govern of law should give route for national intrigue. Nigeria isn't in any war, it is very humiliating, and not worthy," he raged.
